All Wake Forest property listings in the REsimplifi system are now displayed on our WFBIP website through GIS Planning’s Zoom Prospector Property Search Tool.
Familiarizes our team with your listings so we can share those properties with companies looking to locate or expand their businesses in Wake Forest.
Assists companies in conducting direct research on our website as they seek to determine if Wake Forest has potential properties that may be a match to their projects.
Allows us to include your properties in our responses to Project RFIs that come to us from the county and state economic development organizations, and we are seeing a high volume of project RFIs these days!
How to Add Properties to REsimplifi:
First, check our website to see if your listings are there (go to “Grow Here” and “Property Search”).
If you don’t see your listings, contact REsimplifi here to have your properties added, at no additional charge to you.
Once you submit the form, REsimplifi will create an account for you. You will have the option to “claim” your account so that you can manage your listings in the REsimplifi system, or if you prefer, REsimplifi is happy to add/edit the listings on your behalf.
