The town of Wake Forest is keen on leveraging the resources within our community to grow businesses. It’s in our DNA, and the Wake Forest Founders Accelerator is a centerpiece of our offerings.
The Accelerator program is Supported by the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce, the Wake Forest Business & Industry Partnership, and the Loading Dock—and led by Dr. Tim Flood from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School!
The structure of the 12-week Accelerator will include
3 in-person, weekend-intensives with the formal programming occurring on Saturdays (full day) and Sundays (half day)
Weekly group virtual sessions (one evening per week)
as well as ongoing individual coaching, subject-specific work sessions, mentorship, pitch scrubs, and direct support for participants.
