St. John Properties, a national real estate developer, will begin construction in November on Wake Forest Exchange, a new development on Star Road aimed at attracting R&D firms, retailers, and office tenants. With support from local leaders and partnerships with Wake Forest officials, the first phase of this Class A commercial space is set to include 60,240 square feet of flex R&D and 10,960 square feet of retail space, with completion targeted for late 2025.
