Merritt Properties, a full-service commercial real estate developer, has announced the acquisition of a 74-acre tract of land for the speculative development of a 452,500-square-foot light industrial business park in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

The Wireless Research Center continues to expand applied research and development services for state and federal government and has added a government technology visionary and former communications advisor to the Pentagon, Paul Allan Sadowski, to the team of senior engineers.
